Journey with Jesus
I’m going to take you on a journey with me to experience the faithfulness of God through faith in Jesus. We overcome and help others overcome through our stories and life testimonies. I and so many others will embark on a journey of transparency to show you our journey with Jesus in hopes that it will strengthen your faith and help you to see that God is still performing miracles and moving mountains today.
Don’t believe it now?! Well you will after you read the testimonies of faith from people all over the world on this blog. From healing miracles to generational breakthroughs mentally, physically, financially and spiritually.
This blog is not just about their faith but also about your faith growing after hearing their stories. God is no respecter of persons and shows no favoritism (Acts 10:34) so if He did it for us, He will do it for you too. Welcome to the Faith Traveler Journey!
Why this Blog?
When I look back over my life, its hard to imagine the things that GOD has saved, healed and delivered me from. One of my friends calls them my “Wait.. what?!” moments. From the time I was held at gunpoint by a serial rapist, the time I almost lost my eye, being healed miraculously from an unknown illness, when one of my friends and I were in the midst of the Vegas shooting, to the time when I almost lost my life and so many other instances where God brought me out of situations that I couldn’t see a way out of. Don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging, I plan to share all of those testimonies in future blog posts.
In all of those situations there is one thing I had, even when it was unknowing…FAITH. I had faith that God would bring me out of the situation. I didn’t know how but I knew He had a plan for me that didn’t include what I was currently going through. According to Hebrews 11:1 NCV, “Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.”
That Faith didn’t come naturally at first. As I grew in my personal relationship with God by spending time with Him and in His word, my faith in Him grew and soon I noticed that God would even divinely send people across my path who dealt with similar situations I was going through. As they shared their stories and their faith, it helped my faith to grow in that area of my life so that I could keep the faith that God would restore, fix and heal what I was going through in that area of my life. God gave me the name Faith Travels over 5 years ago and recently He began unfolding to me what it means and how He wants me to use it for His Glory. This blog is to share, in transparent detail, those faith stories of not just myself but from individuals all over the world sharing their faith stories and testimonies to spread faith in Jesus and encourage someone else in their own situation or journey that they find themselves in. My heart is for you to experience the love of Jesus like so many others and I have. We may not always understand why we go through certain things in life but sometimes our testimonies of faith can help someone else overcome.
